In thisassignment, refer to the scope, schedule, and budget elements developed in the previous units. After reviewing thismaterial, complete the project communication management documents below.Plan communications management: Document in one to two pages your strategy for developing, managing, andcontrolling project communications for your homebuilding project. Feel free to draw upon templates for this purpose bysearching external websites you may find. After completing the communications plan management document, perform thefollowing additional requirements.MGT 6305, Project Management 5Part A:Communication plan table: Identify key stakeholders in your homebuilding project. Include project team members, theclient, and stakeholders external to the project and their expectations. In thisassignment, refer to the scope, schedule, budget, and communication elements developed in the previous units. Afterreviewing this material, complete the following project procurement documents.Part A:Plan project procurement management: Document in one to two pages your strategy for developing, managing, andcontrolling the project procurement for your homebuilding project. This will involve all third parties involved in the projectand will include engagement strategies and contractual policies. Feel free to draw upon templates for this purpose on anyexternal website sources you may find.Part B:Conduct and control procurement: In addition to documenting the strategy for managing procurement, describe how yourproject will carry out procurements including a make or buy analysis, vendor identification and selection, audit, and othermonitoring and control activities. Feel free to use diagrams or tables to explain.The project procurement documents (Parts A and B) must be at least three pages.
