Individual Case Study INSTRUCTIONSAddress the fictional case study below by providing an appropriate interpretation of theassessments and developing an appropriate intervention for the client. Your interventionshould be based on the lecture on Consulting Individuals, as well as the assessmentand other information provided about the fictional client. Your submitted product shouldbe 2-3 double-spaced pages and should include clearly-labeled sectionsfor Interpretation of Assessments, Intervention Plan, and Follow-Up Plan. Youmust use proper APA style formatting, references, and citations throughout.Please note that this assignment is intentionally vague. CASE-STUDY AND ASSESSMENTSRoxanne is a university dean, overseeing 60 faculty members and a student body of800. She was recently assessed with the Hogan Developmental Survey (seeassessment report here) and the Clifton Strengths Finder (see assessment reporthere) as part of an ongoing effort by her university to identify and addressproblematic behaviors in its leadership. While all university leaders have beenassessed, Roxanne sticks out. Her yearly evaluations from faculty membersdemonstrate a problematic leadership style and her faculty has a very high turnoverrate. Despite this, Roxanne’s unit boasts a higher graduation rate than other units andthe faculty are very productive. Roxanne loves her job, wants to be promoted to vicepresident, and is committed to improving relationships with her employees. Use theassessments provided to develop and appropriate intervention plan that will helpRoxanne accomplish her goals.
