Week 4 - Assignment Change Model Proposal[WLOs: 1, 2, 3] [CLOs: 1, 3, 4, 6]Prior to beginning work on this assignment, review all required reading materials.
This week you will continue to work with the HCSC Week 6 case study. Mr. Chan has asked you to assess his organization’s readiness to become an agile and then to propose a change management model that he can use.
In a paper of at least 1,000 words (excluding title, abstract, and reference pages) and citing at least two scholarly sources in addition to required readings,
Assess the readiness of HCSC to become an agile organization by addressing the specific traits of an agile organization that are both present and missing from it.Construct a chart that lists the specific traits needed for organizational agility, and explains which traits are present and which are missing, based on the description of the case study. You may use the UAGC Writing Center resource, Tables, Images, and Appendices, for assistance.Recommend a specific change management model the leadership team of HCSC could adopt to help the organization become more agile.Identify the strengths and possible limitations of the model.Defend why the recommended model is appropriate for HCSC.Recommend specific actions the leadership team could take to create a more agile organization.Include specific responsibilities of the leadership team in implementing the change management model you have recommended.The Change Model Proposal paper
