We are production-based. I was not aware of the importance of my individual performance. I thought it was based on the performance of the whole team. Recently I was called to a meeting by my supervisor. I was given a warning because I had not met the production standards. I did not take this information well. I took the criticism and replayed the information in my head. I thought about what I was currently doing, and how I needed to make some changes. I went home in serious thought. I went back to work and I did not allow my peers to distract me. I was more focused and did what needed to be done. Fast forward to the present and I am meeting my production.
