Professional Development Plan - Part II Application of Scholarship Identify three courses that have had an impact on your professional development for this field. Cierra’s Note: I Want to Teach Leadership Development, so these courses chosen impacted my development for this field by increasing my knowledge of leadership and management. Preparing me for my work in Labor Relations, especially with unions. And helping me understand personalities and a sense of self.Identify three (3) key concepts presented in EACH course you selected and relate how each of three key concepts have had an impact on your professional development as well as how each course has informed your thinking for the position you deem your professional goal. Be as specific as possible. Successful completion of this assignment will be contingent upon accuracy and completeness of information, communication of ideas and writing ability (e.g., spelling and grammar), utilization of course materials and outside resources, and correct (APA 6th edition) citation and reference of all sources. For each course you have selected you will need to: Each course section must contain the three concepts and application of these concepts to your professional growth and your future employment and must be a minimum of 3 pages. Consider completing a 5 paragraph essay for each class that includes an introduction paragraph, three main body paragraphs (each one containing one concept from the class), and a conclusion paragraph. Once these are complete an introduction paragraph and conclusion paragraph for the three main papers create a beautiful self-reflective paper.Be sure to transition between the three main 5-paragraph essays. This should result in a paper approximately 8-10 pages in length.A minimum of three (3) scholarly references must be cited for each course. Class notes, textbook, and non-scholarly references should not be cited. Your reference list should be placed at the end of the assignment; you do not need to create separate reference section for each course. Examples could include learning how to construct valid survey items in Research and Program Evaluation, thus you can help your employer evaluate programs. In your Ethics course you learned concepts that will help your employer increase training plans based on ethical mandates; manage human resources, and retain resources by reducing liability by implementing risk management plans based on legal and ethical codes.
** I have Provided materials from the classes, but 3 scholarly references are still needed for each course, for a total of 9 scholarly references on for each of the 3 concepts.
