SUMMARY
- The goal of your self-assessment paper is to identify your own areas of strengths and developmental opportunities and apply them to your next steps in your life. Answer following three questions in your essay: Where do you want to go (first job, graduate school, etc.)?
- What are your strengths and how can you leverage them to get there? o Give example(s) of your strength(s) in practice
- What obstacles might hold you back and what can you do to overcome them?
