LP7 Assignment: Union vs. Nonunion.
Directions: Chapters 12 and 13 discuss employment relationships. Write a two to three page, APA formatted paper identifying the differences between a union and a nonunion organization.
Include:1. The relationship between management and employees.2. Specific laws that impact each.3. How compensation, benefits, and working conditions may vary.4.
