Modern-Day Organizations and Change Leadership [WLOs: 2, 3] [CLOs: 1, 2, 3, 4]Prior to beginning work on this discussion forum, please read Chapter 2 of your Kotter et al. (2021) course text, and The 10 essential principles of implementation leadership: Real-world applications of change leadership acumen article.
Kotter et al. (2021) describes the concepts of a modern-day organization and the science of change. Imagine you are charged with instructing a group of colleagues on these concepts. Prepare a PowerPoint presentation of at least eight slides (excluding title and reference page slides) that addresses the following:
Explain what you believe characterizes a modern-day organization, providing an example.Discuss how leaders influence positive organizational change.Defend whether you believe leaders using the science of change in modern-day organizations can yield positive results.Justify your assertions with real-world examples.Your presentation should refence at least two required scholarly sources, and include speaker notes for each slide that explain what you might say in presenting the information.

Guided Response: Answer any questions your instructor has about your initial post and respond to at least two of your classmates’ initial posts.
