MHR 6451 - Human Resource Management Methods Employee Training Program
For this assignment, prepare an essay presenting how to train mid-level managers in your organization. The focus is to help the managers design an effective training process for employees in their department. The essay should simulate the process that will be delivered to the managers.
Include (at a minimum) the points below in your training delivery:
1) Include an overview of the training.2) In conducting a needs analysis, what are the steps?3) What is the content of the training?4) How are trainer(s) selected?5) Identify two organizational objectives.6) Identify two training objectives.7) Identify who is the target audience for the training. What are their learning styles?8) Evaluate training models. At the end of the essay, you must conclude with five evaluation questions to determine the effectiveness of your training.
Your essay must be 4 pages minimum in length, not counting the title or reference pages.
You must use at least four sources to support your essay, one of which must come from the CSU Online Library. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment.
