Lewin's Change Model (100 points)Directions:Identify Lewin's three (3) stages of change implementation and explain the importance of each stage in a paper. Be sure to use the terminology for each stage of Lewin's model as outlined in the text. You should then describe a change within an organization for which you have worked or are familiar. Examine how Lewin's change model could be used to implement a change process within that organization.
Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements:• Be 2-3 pages in length, which does not include the title page, abstract, or required reference page, which are never a part of the content minimum requirements.
• Use Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and APA style guidelines.• Support your submission with course material concepts, principles and theories from the textbook, and at least two scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles.
