Read section “Mix of Pay” on page 23-24. What are the main components of the CEO’s pay and how much percent of pay is allocated to each component? Why do you think the CEO’s pay is designed in this way?

In the search box, type “Boeing 14a”, change the start year to 2015. Click Search. From the results, click on the 2015 DEF 14a filing by Boeing, then choose the DEF 14a document from the list of files.
Answer the following questions:
1. Go to section “Executive Compensation Program Objectives” on page 20. What are the four main objectives of Boeing’s executive compensation program?
